- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctor holds patients out of work who are not disabled! She is holding my Xhusband out of work for 1 year because he had diabetes. He has all his limbs, rides a motorcycle, smokes, yet she claims he is unable to work at any capacity! Perhaps you should send your patients for function capacity evaluation prior to claiming they can not work at all. Social security denied his claim 5 times but you think he is disabled??? filed a report with the medical board. Someone should review all of your charts !
